1. Architectural minimalism
Fewer pieces, better pieces. Contemporary luxury rejects ornamentation in favour of authentic natural materials — stone, wood, linen — and furniture that converses with the architecture rather than competing with it.
2. Timelessness over trend
High-end clients are increasingly buying design classics and less trend-driven pieces. Investment in Eames, Prouvé or Perriand designs keeps growing because they're assets: enjoyed today, and worth more tomorrow.
3. Sustainability as luxury
Responsible manufacturing and vintage furniture are the new standard of luxury. Buying a restored 1960s piece is now a statement of taste — and of circular economics.
4. Extreme personalisation
The catalogue is no longer enough. Demand is growing for curation and specialist advisory services: spaces composed piece by piece, with bespoke finishes and a narrative of their own.
